Will my website show up in Google?

We have built our software with optimal support for search engines and will ensure that your website is submitted to Google. However, this does not mean you will appear at the top of the search results, or even on the first page. For more information, please read our article entitled Search Engine Basics.

How much stuff can I put on my website?

As much as you like. Search engines love content, so load it up!

How many email addresses can I create?

As many as you like.

What are my email settings?

First, please start by watching our video on how to set up your email accounts. You will need these settings:

Incoming mail server type: POP3 or IMAP  
Incoming mail server: mail.getsunburnt.com  
Outgoing mail server: mail.getsunburnt.com **
Username: <your full email address>  
Password: <your email password>  

The incoming and outgoing mail servers both use the same username and password.

** Many ISPs require that you use their own outgoing mailserver. If ours does not work for you, try the following outgoing mail servers:

Optus: mail.optusnet.com.au
Telstra: mail.bigpond.com

What is the difference between POP and IMAP email?

POP email is stored locally on your computer and deleted from our server when you download it. IMAP email is stored permanently on our server.

Some spam arrived in my inbox, what should I do?

Forward any spam you receive to spam@sunburnt.com.au to help improve our spam filter.

Do you sell home or business broadband Internet access?

No, we are a server company. You will need an existing Internet connection to access our system.

How much does it cost?

Your monthly server rental fees are based on the average load your server puts on our network. Please check the prices page for the latest figures.
