How to add photos?

Hi there, My 'photos' page does not seem to work the way that the video tutorial show. I cannot add a photo album. I can just add either a page, article, link, file or folder. I can add the picture as a file but then I cannot figure out how to make an album which is what I want. What should I do? Tien
