Dear Sunburnt Customers,

As a small business, we are not obligated to collect GST and from today all our products and services will be GST free. Our net prices remain unchanged, so the gross prices will reduced by 10%.

Many of you know how collecting GST can make a mess of your cashflows. To add to the frustration, consider that there is no net benefit to you, us or the government in a typical business to business transaction. You pay us GST, we give it to the government, then they give in back to you. Instead, we'd just like you to keep your money in the first place.

Online Designer

Dear Website Managers,

Earlier this year we added an online designer to our software which allowed you to change and customise your web design and banner. Unfortunately, this feature has limited the flexibility and creativity of our designers, and as such, we have scheduled it to be removed.

If you need to update your web design or banner using the online designer, please do so before September 1. After this time you will have to contact us for any further design changes to your website.

New Autosubscribe Feature

Dear Sunburnt Customers,

To help you take advantage of email marketing opportunities using our mailing list software we have now enabled a new autosubscribe feature for your website. It is quite simple and means that whenever somebody contacts you using your online enquiry form, they are automatically added to your mailing list. If you didn't already have a mailing list set up, we've created one for you.

You can send any page from your website to your mailing list by simply clicking the 'send this page' link that you see when you log in. The software allows your subscribers to add or remove themselves from the mailing list, so you don't have to do this yourself.
